Return & Refund Policy

نحن نحرص على رضا عملائنا في الجزائر، ونقدّم سياسة إرجاع واسترجاع واضحة وشفافة.

We care about our customers’ satisfaction in Algeria and provide a clear and transparent return and refund policy.

1. الإرجاع | Returns

يمكن للعميل طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام في الحالات التالية:

  • المنتج غير مطابق للطلب

  • المنتج متضرر أو به خلل

  • وجود عيب مصنعي مثبت

يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستعمل.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • The product is not as ordered

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • Verified manufacturing defect

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

2. الاستبدال | Exchanges

  • الاستبدال متاح خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام.
    Exchanges are available within 24 hours from the delivery date.

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستعمل.
    The product must be unused and in its original condition.

3. الاسترجاع المالي | Refunds

في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي مثبت أو خطأ من طرفنا، يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سيتم معالجة الاسترجاع خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل.

بالنسبة لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام (COD):
يتم الاسترجاع عن طريق تحويل بنكي أو أي وسيلة يتم الاتفاق عليها مع العميل.

If a verified manufacturing defect or mistake from our side occurs, customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or another agreed method.

4. تكاليف الشحن | Shipping Costs

  • إذا كان الخطأ من طرفنا → نتحمّل تكاليف الشحن
    If the mistake is on our side → we cover the shipping costs

  • إذا كان الخطأ من الزبون → الشحن على الزبون
    If the mistake is on the customer’s side → shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
