Return & Refund Policy

نحن نحرص على رضا عملائنا في الجزائر، ونقدّم سياسة إرجاع واسترجاع واضحة وشفافة.

We care about our customers’ satisfaction in Algeria and provide a clear and transparent return and refund policy.

1. الإرجاع | Returns

يمكن للعميل رفض استلام المنتج عند التسليم مباشرة في الحالات التالية:
The customer may refuse the order at the time of delivery in the following cases:

  • المنتج غير مطابق للطلب
    The product is not as ordered

  • المنتج متضرر أو به خلل
    The product is damaged or defective

⚠️ بعد استلام المنتج، لا نقبل الإرجاع إلا في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي.
⚠️ After receiving the product, returns are only accepted in case of a verified manufacturing defect.

2. الاستبدال | Exchanges

  • الاستبدال متاح خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام.
    Exchanges are available within 24 hours from the delivery date.

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستعمل.
    The product must be unused and in its original condition.

3. الاسترجاع المالي | Refunds

في حالة الدفع عند الاستلام، لا يتم استرجاع مبلغ مالي.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no cash refund is provided.

يتم تعويض الزبون إمّا بـ:
Compensation is handled through:

  • استبدال المنتج
    Product replacement

  • أو إلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن
    Order cancellation before shipment

✔️ في حال كان الخطأ من طرفنا، نتحمّل كامل المسؤولية.
✔️ If the mistake is on our side, we take full responsibility.

4. تكاليف الشحن | Shipping Costs

  • إذا كان الخطأ من طرفنا → نتحمّل تكاليف الشحن
    If the mistake is on our side → we cover the shipping costs

  • إذا كان الخطأ من الزبون → الشحن على الزبون
    If the mistake is on the customer’s side → shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
